I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dentists of Chino Preserve. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. From the receptionists who checked me in to the staff member who went over my insurance, everyone made me feel welcomed and at ease. Olivia at the front desk even made a personal connection with me, mentioning that I reminded her of her cousin such a small moment that meant so much and immediately made me feel comfortable. WOW to Bryan!!! He administered my X-rays and completely set the tone for my entire visit. I truly cannot thank him enough. He talked me through every step, reassured me, and told me he would be with me throughout the process. For someone with dental anxiety, that meant everything. His patience, calm energy, and kindness made all the difference. Sabrina, the hygienist another WOW! She was so informative, gentle, and incredibly patient. She explained everything clearly and made the process feel manageable instead of overwhelming. And Dr. Sherry WOW AGAIN! She was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my comfort. She wanted my experience to be pleasant, and it truly was. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, this is the place to go. You cannot go wrong with this office.
