I've had bad experiences in the past with dentist's but this dentist is not one of them. Jen in the front office was extremely helpful and lind with figuring out the financials, Dr Sherry was super kind and informative when helping me build my plan of action, Bryan helped with my temporary and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through, Samantha made me feel welcomed and calmed any nervousness I had. While Jasmine was extremely helpful and considerate while work was being done on me and the hygienist Sabrina helped explain everything in a simple way and gave great tips on how to stay on top of everything. I would recommend if you have any dental anxieties as this everyone here truly seems to care about your well being and just wants the best for you.

Natalie was very helpful in helping me set up my follow up appointments, and even called later when new slots opened up. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Great experience overall with Dentists of Chino Preserve staff.

Going to the dentist is never fun. However I wanted to take the time to say how happy I am with the services provided by this dental office. Had a deep cleaning and laser treatment with Dental hygienist Sabrina. She made what usually isn’t the greatest experience a good one. Very informative, cared to offer advice and just all around great example of someone who takes the time to care about the job they do. Would absolutely recommend asking for her especially if you’re not a fan of dental procedures. Thank you for making something I don’t care for much not bad at all.
